Born on the coast, his wanderlust took hold of him…first as a seafarer on the world’s oceans. Then, as an organiser of study and adventure trips to Southeast Asia, he brings people and cultures together.

Then the turn of the millennium: Studies in business administration with a focus on human resources and organisation, various jobs in the service world around human capital – the Munich resident by choice becomes an experienced labour market professional!

For more than 20 years he has accompanied individual work biographies and company change processes. He is a personal contact and close advisor for many across all sectors – and listens carefully!
